Your Satisfaction is our Top Priority

We here at Kids Preferred know that you have a world of options to choose from and appreciate that you consider us! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. There are a few rules we need to comply with, but please reach out if you decide to return your products.

Purchases returned within 30 days to our Return Center by mail will receive a refund for the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment used to purchase item.

Unfortunately, purchases made at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy. We take pride in diligently vetting our re-sale partners, so please reach out to us if there are any complications. We love hearing from you!

To ensure full credit for your return, your item or items cannot be used, broken, devalued or washed and must be in the same condition they were purchased. Items must additionally be returned in the original packaging, with all paperwork, including all accessories, manuals and/or assembly instructions.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Please make a note in the email or on the form and all money will be returned to you, including shipping fee.
  • Sales Items: All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
  • Exchanges: In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping fees and expenses.
  • Gifts: An eGift Card, minus shipping, will be issued. You should have some proof of purchase, ie. the shipping or packing receipt and follow all return policies.
  • Shipping Fee: Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is returned due to defect.
  • *NOTE: Kids Preferred reserves the right to refuse any returns if they don't meet our return policy above.
